Why This Guide Exists
Clay County does not currently publish a verified online jail roster. This site organizes the available official paths so readers can distinguish a sheriff booking record from a city police report, a court case, an Arkansas Division of Correction record, or a VINE custody alert.
We are privately operated. We are not part of Clay County government, the Clay County Sheriff’s Department, any police department, jail, court, or corrections agency. We cannot release a person, confirm custody, produce records, or offer legal advice.
How Sources Are Chosen
Government sources come first, including the county directory, city police pages, Arkansas VINE, Search ARCourts, and the Arkansas Inmate Search. When an official feed is unavailable, we say so instead of substituting an unrelated roster. Arrest and booking entries describe accusations, not convictions; every person is presumed innocent unless proved guilty in court.
What You Will Not Find Here
This site stores no arrest records and hosts no booking-photo gallery. It does not promise that a booking image is public or online, and it does not promote paid photo-removal services. Information is for record navigation and may never be used for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
